Let's Do Brunch - Baked Eggs on Mac & Cheese

I was looking through my old photos and came across these photos.  I never posted this and it is a little different and a lot - delicious.  Take two of your favorite dishes and put them together and what do you get?  Baked eggs on macaroni and cheese.  What a fabulous combination!

I am not going to write a recipe here.  Make your favorite mac and cheese and drop  as many eggs as necessary on top.  Pop in the oven at 350 degrees F and bake for about 30 minutes,  I took this out when I knew the mac and cheese was cooked through and the eggs looked cooked "enough".

Now, it is your turn.  What did you bring to the table, last week.  I can answer that with one phrase.......Lot's Of Good Stuff and Plenty of Good Eatin'

Where do I start?

Parmesan Chips from Atelier Cecelia Rosslee

Maple Pecan Cinnamon Buns from Just Call Me Maria

Debbie Does Dinner Healthy and Low Fat made these Jalopeno Poppper Potatoes

Happy Birthday Ambreen!
Here is what Ambreen shared with us and what I plan to make, in a little while.

  2. I would give this a try if I were an egg person but for some reason, eggs and I don't always agree with each other.
