Let's Do Brunch # 31

School has ended and I am off for the summer and I want to make brunch on a daily basis.  I want to enjoy what I am eating.  I am not speaking of anything lavish but something more creative than usual.  For example, this morning, I had stuffed French Toast.  I felt like a princess eating it.  I need something special daily.  It could be a poached egg on toast which is not glamorous but I love it.

You can see why I need your recipes.  I need the inspiration and the recipes.

April and I have posted this linky for you to share and for others to come and see how they can expand their horizons.  Stop at April of the 21st Century Housewife and see who she has featured, this week.

It is really hard to select two links from so many good ones but usually they pop out at me like this one:

Red Velvet Cupcakes with Caramel Sauce

It was the caramel that got my attention.  Beautiful.

We appreciate all of you who link up recipes and all of you who find recipes to make or simply to admire.
