Last week, we got many of "the best" recipes. The best part of collecting meatless meals is that I discover new ideas for cooking. We are more free in our cooking, these days and I think, we tend to mix and match ingredients. A little Mexican, a little Thai and you end up all American.
Let's highlight a few of the recipes from last week.
Buffalo Tofu Po Boys from New Orleans from Frugally Green Mom. This is ever so creative.
Then we have aloo matar from Tezscape who puts food together, so beautifully.

This makes me so hungry. I love breakfast food. This is from Nave Family Food.
I suggest you check on some of the past meatless Mondays. These are samples of other delicious dishes.
Now, it is your turn to make mouths water or to educate us or to have some fun so go right ahead.
