My Meatless Mondays January 24th

Let's continue to look back on 2010.

Here is a new and delicious twist to mac and cheese.  Look at that squash.
This is from EZ Recipes.

Big Oaks Farm brings us true deliciousness with Huevos Rancheros.  Drool worthy.

Sinfully Spicy brought us this goodie. PattaGobhi Matar-Indian Style Cabbage & Peas.

You must be hungry by now. Add your own wonderful meals for us to share now.

  3. I like the idea of Meatless Mondays. We have cut out eating a lot of red meat the last few years, but not cooking it one day out of the week insures that you cut down on your meat intake. Your photos are super and Yes, I am hungry now!

  16. You might be wondering why I linked the Stir Fried Radish leaves once again, there has been some technical glitch, when I clicked on the image it did not go to my post and when I tried to rectify it, it does go to my post but now there is no thumbnail image, still trying to figure out what is going wrong, I am sorry if it looks silly, if you wish you may delete it.
