Thanks for the shout out! That baked corn casserole was delicious - but still nowhere near as good as my partner's mom's. If you choose to make it, definitely pick up some vegan sour cream to go with.
Hi Chaya baby! I was checking out your poppy seed muffins! I just baked some up too, we think alike! My recipe this week is a from scratch biscuit that uses lard, but to make it vegetarian, just use more butter. All the best, Alex
