My Meatless Mondays - September 26 2010

This week, we are spotlighting two of last week's recipes.  This is no easy task, choosing a recipe.  Honestly, you link up fabulous recipes, one and all.  I am not picking the best; perhaps the most interesting or unique, for the week.  Just enjoy all of the meatless recipes.  Let us know, if you make someone's.

I have never heard nor seen melonpan before.  It sounds delicious.
