Tarte Noire TWD

When Tuesdays with Dorie announced this month's bakes, each one sounded terrific.  I am ahead of myself and have made three out of the four, unlike during the school year, when I squeak the recipes out, at the last minute.   I was right, each of these is good.

Plain and simple are the words to describe this dessert but this does not include the taste.  This is delicious, the creamy layer of ganache and crunch of the tarte, contrast in every bite.  I was going to add whipped cream because that seemed to make sense but we liked it, just like this.  Thanks dharmagirl of Bliss - towards a delicious life. 

The tart was easy to put together and the ganache was easier.  A success.
