slaws so they are new and different and hopefully exciting. We like this one and I will make it again.
Cabbage Salad with Peanuts
•4 cups shredded cabbage
•3/4 cup mayonnaise
•1/4 cup sugar
•2 tablespoons cider vinegar
•1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
•dash ground black pepper
•1 cup salted peanuts
Put shredded cabbage in a large bowl; cover and refrigerate to chill thoroughly.
Combine mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper; stir into cabbage and toss to coat thoroughly.
Mix in peanuts and serve immediately.
This cabbage salad serves 8.
